This hotel has friendly staff. good amenities. The location is downtown. I saw tons of shopping near, also dining options. The breakfast had wonderful hours and the spread were good.
The parking is on the streets. Finding a spot during peak hours is difficult.

The hotel is in the central city. You can walk all over from the hotel. The airport bus takes you to the neighborhood, then back to the airport. You are near the walking street.

The beautiful double room is spacious. The room has a saleta, it is good to open malas. The room is very beautiful. Bed and pillows were amazing, i will look to replicate this at home!

The breakfast buffet rocks. I enjoyed different choices daily. They has various breads and hot items. The room was always super clean after housekeeping came, I liked that. Also the location is super central. I could walk to everything, no problem. Oh, and the bed, was like sleeping on a cloud. It's a super quiet place.

Everything is close, shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was easy to walk everywhere, that was a major plus. I didn't need a car at all, that helped a lot.

the staff was very friendly and helpful , especially when i had questions about parking.
the rooms did not feel warm or cozy enough , i felt disappointed walking into my room , they seemed tired and shabby. two very low beds were pushed together , they advertised it as a king size bed. there was no place in the bathroom to put makeup or bags.

the location proved convenient i found myself steps away from key attractions the staff offered genuine assistance and were always ready to help the breakfast buffet consistently offered a good selection each morning. the room provided sufficient space for luggage and personal items i very much appreciated this aspect.

The staff were helpful. The location is right by the main center of the city, a plus for exploring. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean, always appreciated.
I felt the rooms were not warm enough. The spa was closed one evening, disappointing. I did not receive what I was paying for. The rooms felt tired.

The room was quite small. The lighting in the room wasn't great and sometimes wouldn't turn off. The shower curtain was flimsy! Water went everywhere.
